- Items must be returned within 14 days from the date of delivery.
- The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition.
- Proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation, must be provided.
- Items that have been customized or modified are not eligible for exchange.
2. Non-Exchangeable Items
The following items are not eligible for exchange:
- Electrical components (e.g., wiring harnesses, switches).
- Items damaged due to misuse, improper installation, or wear and tear.
- Clearance or sale items.
3. Exchange Process

- Step 2: Once approved, ship the item to the following address:

Note: Shipping costs for returning the item are the responsibility of the customer unless the product was defective or incorrectly delivered. - Step 3: Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will process the exchange.
4. Defective or Incorrect Items
- If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at ezy_parts@outlook.com.
- We will provide a replacement at no additional cost and cover the shipping charges.
